Dear Frankie..I am going to tell you all about Alpine skiing. Alpine skiing has been around for about 150 years! You can race up to more than 130 km an hour! Only one skier can race at a time and their run is timed. Alpine skiing has been very popular in the 2oth century. Canada won a medal in 1994 in Lillehammer. Hermann Maier has won Olympic medals in alpine skiing. By Aly
